2020 Wage Increase Allocation and Vote

The Executive Board will be considering any proposals for the upcoming wage increase. Please direct all suggestion to the Business Manager by November 1st, 2019. The 3 most popular suggestion will then be brought to Vote at the November 8th, 2019 Meeting.

Keep in mind the $2.00 p/hr increase includes the 2% pension increase leaving the membership $1.64 to Allocate.

2020 Monthly Dues Increase

Effective January 1st, 2020 Monthly Dues will increase by $1.00 bringing our Monthly Dues to $51.30 a month

Drug Test / Safety Training

As Always please make sure to consistently check your BDS profile to make sure your drug test and safety training are up-to-date. Failure to stay up-to-date will result in your ineligibility and there for you will be removed from the out-of-work List.

Labor Walks

We will participating in Labor Walks with both the AFL- CIO and the State Building Trades every weekend leading up to the Elections. Please Contact the office for scheduled walks!

M.O.R.E. Fund

We are working on Legislation in Trenton that would require by law, that refineries and chemical processing facilities hire employees that have served or are currently serving a certified DOL Apprenticeship. This will ensure a sae skilled and qualified work force.
